MHG Corporate Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (MHG) is an Investment Holding Company (IHC) located in Senawang, Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. The company owns a controlling interest in other companies which is its subsidiaries. Currently, MHG owns a total of 10 subsidiaries and 2 joint-ventures. MHG is a market disruptor since the corporation stand with its unique business model and eco-system. MHG is committed in achieving its vision, mission and objective. The company is operated by teams full of young talents.
During covid towards end of MCO in year 2021, Mr Mohamad Haidi divest into few assets like gold, private mandate, land, properties and new equities or business opportunities. He set up his own business eco-system which MHG Corporate Holdings acts as the parent business entity. MHG attracts investors and collect about RM1Million amount of investment for the start. The first tranche has been invested in retail, logistics, construction and F&B business. MHG is progressive, the company commit to diversify into more industry to achieve a comprehensive business eco-system. MHG put focus on the values of its businesses and fundamental of its start-up companies and lead them towards success.
MHG has become a parent business entity for Nak Dekor Sdn. Bhd. a retail business for home decoration products. Aligned with Industrial Revolution 4.0, MHG acknowledge the growing power in technologies hence the company invest into technology, MHG set up Nadi MediaTech Sdn. Bhd. Moreover, MHG identify the potential of the service sector where the company decided to take the controlling interest upon logistics company, Empayar Hasuga Global Sdn. Bhd, and F&B business, which are Lazhad Food and Beverage Sdn Bhd and Sembang Teh Tarik Sdn Bhd. The company also invest into properties and construction business by set up Nadi Shams Properties Sdn. Bhd., while also maintaining the core business, financial planning business which is Nadi Risk Group Sdn. Bhd (NRG).
The founder of MHG creates a new company which is NRG commercial where they act as the marketing team. The last two subsidiaries of MHG, NRG Capital Sdn. Bhd. and The Miftah Jannah Sdn. Bhd assists to extend the reach of NRG service to help more companies that anticipate fundraising for their business.
In addition to subsidiaries, MHG Corporate Holdings also commits to joint venture with a healthcare company, Neno Sdn. Bhd. and a takaful agency, Finest Advisory Sdn. Bhd.
On the other hand, with the idea to connect to people in Seremban, MHG provide commercial facility that can be used as an event hall that can cater to 120 people at one time. It is called MHG Academy and Event Hall. The facility is equipped with PA systems, chairs, tables and relevant furniture for function. The event hall has received multiple bookings for events. Not only for third parties, program under MHG companies also had been successfully conducted here.
MHG is dedicated in creating a healthy and harmony eco-system in which all the subsidiaries are encouraged to collaborate in order to achieve greater success. Each subsidiary has their functions and responsibilities within the eco-system. Currently, projects that subsidiaries are working on, are led by MHG.
